A motorist was caught in a series of incriminating photographs attacking a female Toronto cycle courier, called Leah. It all started apparently after she returned his half eaten beef patty back through the SUV window whence it had come.

The photos show the driver stamping on the bicycle and pushing the girl around as she tried to defend her wheels (built only a week before). The photographer tried to get the license plate, but said the driver chased him with a baseball bat. When officers from the Toronto Police Department arrived they advised Leah not to press charges. But many on the board at CityNoise are urging her otherwise. The debate continues...
