Telling Slip-up In Press Release for $3bn Gateway Project?
First impressions on the Gateway Project.

An artist's rendition of the twinned Port Mann Bridge, looking Northwards. Bridge-users would be tolled $2 or $3. The new bridge is on the left. You can't see the bike lanes on this image (see below).

The Gateway Project would include, according to the press release inside our press packs, "a $50 million investment in cycling infrastructure - the largest history [sic] of the province."
Maybe this was added as an afterthought (hence the grammatical error): what's $50 million when you're blowing $3 billion?
Many of the details about costs of the Gateway Program are still sketchy, as it goes into an 18 month public consultation period. You can read the brochure at www.gatewayprogram.bc.ca and get updates at this Gateway Project site.
